Jennifer Khurana, External Relations Advisory to President of the International Criminal Court (2003-2009)
Jennifer Khurana is a Canadian lawyer who worked with the International Criminal Court in The Hague from its establishment in 2003 until 2009, initially as a Legal Officer to a Judge in the Pre-Trial Division and later as External Relations Advisor to the President of the Court, Philippe Kirsch. Prior to her time with the ICC, Jennifer served as a Law Clerk to judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, worked in the academic environment with a research institute and with a large full service law firm in Toronto.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon.) from the University of Ottawa, an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and an LL.M. in Human Rights Law from the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at Lund University in Sweden.
