Globe and Mail profiles IHRP intervention in Chevron case

20 October 2014 - The Globe and Mail today published an article profiling the IHRP, MiningWatch Canada, and Canadian Centre for International Justice's intervention before the Supreme Court of Canada in the Chevron case. IHRP Director Mandhane is quoted as to the significance of the case: "“I think more and more the courts are going to have to grapple with this transnational world, where citizens and corporations are working and travelling all over the place, and how is Canada going to deal with that when things go badly,” she said in an interview.
