John Ralston Saul writes in support of IHRP Recommendations on Honduras

April 9, 2014 - Today, John Ralston Saul, President of PEN International, authored an opinion piece in the Ottawa Citizen that referenced the IHRP-PEN Report Honduras: Journalism in the Shadow of Impunity and supported the IHRP's calls for Canada to include human rights conditionalities in any final free trade agreement with Honduras.  Read his piece here.
