Key IHRP Clinic Recommendations Poised to Become Mexican Law

Yesterday, March 13, the Mexican Senate passed a key constitutional reform related to protection of journalists and freedom of expression.  The legal reform was recommended by the IHRP in our clinic report Corruption, Impunity, Silence. It was also one of the core demands of the PEN International delegation to Mexico last month (in which I participated).  To read more about this exciting development, click here.
