Mandhane discusses Kazemi decision with Al Jazeera

22 October 2014 - In a feature published today by Al Jazeera, IHRP director Mandhane discusses the Supreme Court of Canada's decision in Kazemi: "In the end, the direction from the court was to go back to parliament to amend the SIA [State Immunity Act], and I really do hope that this decision will mobilise Canadians."
