New Digital Guide: Migrants Know Your Rights Ontario's Emergency COVID ID Requirement

The IHRP released a new digital guide: Migrants Know Your Rights Ontario's Emergency COVID ID Requirement, along with No One is Illegal Toronto, Butterfly (Asian and Migrant Sex Workers Support Network), and the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty.

The guide was written in response to concerns from migrant communities around O Reg 114/20, which gives police and all provincial offenses officers the power to require anyone they think is breaking emergency laws to show them identification. 

The guide covers the following topics:
