Renu Mandhane, Director of the IHRP, is named to Board of Journalists for Human Rights

Renu Mandhane has joined the Board of Directors of Journalists for Human Rights (jhr). Joining her on the Board are four of Canada's top media and human rights professionals, including the Editor in Chief of the Toronto Start, Canada's largest circulation newspaper. 

jhr is Canada's largest international media development organization. jhr partners with local media organizations in Sierra Leone, Liberia, DR Congo, Ghana and Malawito ensure international human rights standards are upheld, by using the media to educate and create widespread human rights awareness. jhr helps millions of people at risk of abuse learn what their rights are and how to protect themselves and others.
