(Toronto, Jan. 29, 2010) – In its decision today in the Prime Minister of Canada v. Omar Khadr, the Supreme Court of Canada found a s.7 breach of the Charter.
The University of Toronto Faculty of Law's International Human Rights Program and David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rightsjoined forces to intervene in the appeal of the Omar Khadr case before the Supreme Court of Canada.
