On February 28, 2020, the Supreme Court of Canada released its decision in Nevsun Resources v Araya et al. The plaintiffs in this case are Eritrean refugees seeking to hold Vancouver-based mining company Nevsun Resources Ltd.

The October issue of Rights Review features stories from some of our 2019 summer fellows, who worked with a variety of organizations around the world. They share their most memorable moments, challenges they faced, and advice they would offer students considering an IHRP fellowship.
